L'appartement se situe à 5 min à pied du centre-ville et des télécabines et se trouve aussi à 5 min d'un petit jardin pour enfants, d'un soccer et d'un terrain de tennis.
Cauterets est un village agréable et animé où vous pourrez profiter des thermes, de la patinoire, du cinéma et de ces cascades...
C'est un appartement agréable de 6 personnes avec une chambre et une alcôve, surface de 43 m² en rez-de-chaussée avec une petite terrasse exposée sud-ouest, vu sur la montagne.
Le séjour est équipé d'un téléviseur et d'une banquette gigogne équipée de 2 matelas d'une personne ou possibilité de le convertir en un lit de 2 personnes.
Cuisine attenante au séjour avec plaque vitrocéramique (3 feux), lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, four électrique, lave linge, cafetière électrique, grille-pain, appareil à fondue, pierrade, fer à repasser, aspirateur.
Le linge de mqison n'est pas founi.
Salle de bain avec baignoire et toilette séparé. L'appartement dispose d'une chambre avec lit 140 et grand placard de rangement et l'alcôve a un lit superposé et d'un placard de rangement.
Casier à ski, une luge est à votre disposition.
Une place de parking.
La résidence dispose d' une piscine semi-couverte chauffée avec bain à remous(rénovée au mois de novembre 2017) elle est gratuite et ouverte du 01/12/2023 au 30/09/2024. L'accès à la piscine se trouve dans la même partie que l'appartement. Il y a aussi un sauna payant (1 séance gratuite sur réservation), un hammam payant (1 séance gratuite sur réservation) et petite salle de sport gratuite.

Le ménage doit être fait avant de partir (facturer 65 euros sinon possibilité en option)
