Description
Absente pour la saison d'été, je mets chaque année ma maison à disposition des voyageurs. En pleine nature, à la lisière du bois, vous découvrirez une ancienne bergerie récemment restaurée. Ici, vous profiterez du calme et de la sérénité de la campagne et de la vue exceptionnelle du coucher du soleil sur les Cévennes.
A 12km d'Uzès, la bergerie se situe sur la commune de Collorgues. Sans aucun voisinage immédiat, elle bénéficie d'une vue panoramique sur le massif des Cévennes.
Maison indépendante de 105m². 2 chambres avec lits doubles + 1 chambre lit double communicante avec le salon (voir photos "Chambre salon").
Cuisine équipée, salle de bains avec douche + baignoire, wc séparé, grand salon très lumineux avec cheminée.
Terrain de 7500m² privé et clos. Terrasse. Barbecue.
Je serai absente lors de votre séjour, vous utiliserez l'ensemble de la propriété de façon privative.
Un écran est à votre disposition dans le salon pour regarder des films à l'aide d'une clef USB (ou d'un câble HDMI si vous venez avec votre ordinateur portable). Pensez à prévoir vos films, je n'ai pas installé la tv!
J'ai fait le choix de produire mon électricité. La maison est alimentée exclusivement par des panneaux solaires. L'installation est prévue pour vous apporter tout le confort d'une maison reliée au réseau, il vous faudra seulement respecter quelques consignes concernant les appareils très gourmands en énergie (le lave linge et le lave vaisselle doivent être mis en fonctionnement en journée ensoleillée uniquement.)
La bergerie et son jardin sont indépendants, l'accès vous sera exclusivement réservé.
La bergerie est en périphérie du village. Elle est entourée de champs, de vignes et de bois.
Départ de randonnées à pieds, à cheval ou à vélo sur place.
Cité médiévale d'Uzès – 10 min.
Nîmes – 25 min.
Pont du Gard – 30 min.
Avignon – 45min.
Le massif des Cévennes – 35 min.
La Camargue et la méditerranée – 60 min.
Canoë / kayak et baignades à Collias – 15min.
Parc aquatique + étang de pêche – 5 min.
Parc d'attraction pour les enfants – 5 min.
Possibilité d'hébergement de chevaux sur place. Centre équestre à 500m pour cours, location de poneys pour les promenades en main des plus petits ou balades à cheval accompagnées.
POUR LES VOYAGEURS AVEC ANIMAUX:
J'ai des animaux, et j'aime voyager avec eux. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir avec votre animal, si vous acceptez de respecter les points suivants:
- Le terrain est clos de grillage sur la partie chemin forestier (et de rubans électriques sur la limite avec le pré du cheval). Le chemin qui longe le jardin est parfois emprunté par les cavaliers du centre équestre voisin. Vous serez extrêmement vigilants à toujours fermer le portail pour ne pas mettre en danger les enfants qui passent avec leurs poneys.
Attention, la partie clôturée de rubans pour les chevaux n'est pas infranchissable pour vos chiens s'il n'y sont pas habitués.
- Les chiens et les chats ne sont pas admis dans les lits ou dans les canapés, par respect pour les prochains locataires.
- Vous serez attentifs à ramasser les crottes dans le jardin. Nous mettons à votre disposition un container pour les jeter.
- Il est préférable de ne pas laisser votre chien seul dans la maison en vos absences. Vous pourrez l'installer en toute sécurité dans le box de mon cheval (qui ne sera pas là...), ou dans l'atelier face à la cuisine où est installé un grand coussin pour lui (ou eux!) Attention, il fait très chaud dans cet abri l'été, c'est une solution uniquement pour la soirée !
- Éviter de faire jouer ou courir votre chien à l'intérieur de la maison. Les sols, en parquet et en béton ciré sont très sensibles aux griffes...
La bergerie est en périphérie du village. Elle est entourée de champs, de vignes et de bois. Accès à la maison par un chemin de pierres. Accessible à tous véhicules.
