My place is close to Sonoran Desert, Cave Creek regional park, horse back riding, hiking trails, and Lake Pleasant. You’ll love my place because of the mountain views and spaciousness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). If you enjoy the outdoors this is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dove Valley is the closest public golf course and is 14 miles away.
This 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home is 3,482 square feet and sits atop 1.17 acre fenced homesite with a gated entry. The home office is great for those who need a working vacation.This custom floor plan offers a large great room with a wet bar, stone fireplace, and kitchen fit for a chef. The highlight features of this home are endless; Custom stonework inside and out, 15 foot ceilings, hard-wood floors, crown molding, and the list goes on! Sit back and take in the vibrant, mountain views. All bedrooms are spacious and have wood flooring. The Master Bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom contains a single, the third bedroom contains a single, the 4th bedroom is a home office complete with dual workspaces. Internet and wifi throughout the home. If you have a long term rental and need additional beds we can provide additional beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 if you have a 3 month or longer rental required. The home can then accommodate 6+ people.
Guests have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is plenty of parking in the paved driveway.

2. Please don't use the gas fireplace to heat the house. Fireplace is for ambiance only and home has electric heat throughout for heating purposes.
3. Please turn off the propane grill after each use.
4. Please use the provided make-up remover wipes in each bathroom to avoid additional charges for stained towels and linens.
5. Please place feminine hygiene products in the trash receptacle and not in the toilet as we have a septic system.
