FULLY FURNISHED EFFICIENCY. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout living area, kitchenette, remodeled bathroom & tastefully furnished! Sliders to private oceanfront balcony!

Enjoy waking up to a 4th floor ocean view condo from your own private balcony. Unit furnished with 1 king size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, small dining table and a breakfast counter with chairs, kitchenette (mini fridge, 2 burners stove top, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and utensils).

Excellent short or long term vacation site. Everything else is provided, just bring your toothbrush. In the middle of all the famous Dayton Beach attractions. Walking distance to the Pier, Bandshell, Ocean Center, shoppes and theaters of the Hilton, Water theme park and the Peabody auditorium.

This unit is privately owned. Please direct all questions and communications to the owner and not the front desk. For your convenience a starter set of paper products have been supplied. ****PLEASE NOTIFY OWNER OF ANY ALLERGIES PERTINENT TO YOUR STAY AT OUR CONDO****

Parking rules for Bike Week & Bike Octoberfest Events:

1. Parking is on first come, first serve basis.

2. Trailers are not allowed except to load and unload;

3. Motorcycles must park in Bike Corral.

4. Motorcycles white stickers are distributed by the maintenance must be in headlights during during the events.

5. No visitors passes at that time. There are many

surrounding paid parking lots.

6. Either a vehicle or a motorcycle can be parked.

7. Trailers are not allowed.

Getting around

Take The International Speedway Blvd. eastward all the way to South Atlantic Ave. (A1A). Take the first lef and then the first right Inyo the parking lot of the Daytona Inn Beach Resort. Take the elevator on the right to the 4th floor. The facility of Datona Inn Beach Resort where the condo is located is undergoing extensive renovation due to the damage of the hurricane similar to all beach front buildings in Daytona Beach. However all amenities the resort has to offer are fully operational.

Interaction with guest

Immediately after entering please locate the car pass on the dinette table and place in your car. Access informations will be texted/ emailed to you one week before your check in day. A starter set of products has been supplied for your convenience. Ample towels are supplied for kitchen use, bathroom and at the beach. Items not returned to the condo will have the following fees: towels $ 5/ea., parking pass $ 50. Fees deducted from security deposit. Leave parking pass on kitchen dinette table before leaving.

Guest should be 21 years old or more.
2 towels/ guest/ week is provided. Please wash and reuse utilizing the laundromat available on the second floor.
$ 10 will be dudcted from security deposit if dishes were not cleaned before your departure or if trash was not taken out to the dumpster before your departure and for each towel not returned to the condo before the departure of the guest. $50 for lost parking pass and $100 for lost keys.
