Property sleeps 4, however is more suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, or just 3 adultsNetherlea Cottage is a charming accommodation situated in the village of Holloway in Derbyshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a single with a pull-out bed, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside is roadside parking and an enclosed patio to the front with furniture and a barbecue. Located in a lovely setting with beautiful views, Netherlea Cottage is a memorable retreat in a relaxing part of England. Please note: Property sleeps 4, however is more suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, or just 3 adults

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Holloway, once home to Florence Nightingale, has a village shop, pub, butchers and an art gallery, and offers numerous walks and cycle routes including the High Peak Trail, Derwent Valley Heritage Way and Midshires Way. The nearby village of Crich boasts a number of shops and pubs and is home to the National Tramway Museum. Magnificent Chatsworth House and Gardens, Haddon Hall and Carsington Water with its many water sports are all within easy reach of Holloway.
