Newly built detached cottage in a beautiful secluded area
Ten minute drive from Dunfanaghy
Breath taking views all round with an outdoor seating area and barbecue.
All mod cons Dishwasher,Washing machine, Dryer, Wii fi ,TV and DVD player etc.
Also supplied : Bedding and towels, Travel cot, two high chairs, Small chair and desk for children
Its warm and cozy and very spacious to facilitate family breaks.
Perfectly located for country-side walks and hiking
Open all year round, we also do short breaks .
This cottage is close to the well known holiday villages of Dunfanaghy, Falcarragh,Portnablagh ,Ards forest park , Glenveagh National park,Muckish and Errigal mountains And just at the start of the Gaeltacht Irish speaking area .

“Fantastic Stay”
We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cottage for three nights in August. We were a family of three generations. The cottage had everything we needed. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite and another bathroom. Upstairs has two double rooms with extra single/double beds in both and another bathroom. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. Marie and Bernard were at hand closeby if ever we needed anything. They suggested fantastic eateries for us to try which were very tasty. I will defo be returning again. Very tranquil and stunning views. Fantastic place for family time, no stress . Thanks for having us

“Brilliant, would highly recommend Ailt Cottage”
We had a wonderful stay at Ailt Cottage, I only wish we could have stayed for longer. Margaret and James could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The cottage is very, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Donegal is beautiful and can easily be explored from the cottage, which is in a lovely quiet spot.

“Great stay”
Had a lovely time at this large and spacious holiday home. We travelled with 4 adults and 4 young children and there was more than enough room. We mostly used the house as a base and travelled to nearby attractions during our stay including Dunlewey Centre and Glenveigh National Park. As we didn't have much sunshine during our week stay we didn't really get to avail of the lovely garden although the children really enjoyed seeing the chickens which wanted into the garden. All cooking utensils provided that we needed. There was a slight issue with the oven however this was fixed the same evening with owners even cooking our pizzas for us in their house next door! Had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend to friends/family. Thanks :)

“Wonderful house and location”
House well furnished and clean. Plenty of room for kids to play. Loved the chickens next door. Quiet location very close to beaches, excellent for touring donegal.
