Notre chalet classé meublé de tourisme ***, se situe au Domaine des Pins D'or à Bias (proche de Mimizan 10 minutes) au cœur de la forêt landaise à 5 kms de l'océan et de la grande plage de Lespecier, avec accès direct par route forestière, stationnement gratuit à l'ombre. Il est idéalement situé à mi chemin entre Bordeaux et Biarritz.
Ce chalet, sur un terrain de 230 m2, est équipé d'une climatisation réversible dans la pièce à vivre et dans les deux chambres, d'un accès téléphone et Wifi gratuits à l'intérieur du chalet.
Le chalet est également équipé d'une borne de recharge pour voitures électriques de 7KW accessible pour un forfait de 40€ la semaine.
Il comprend :
Au rez de chaussée :
- Un salon séjour de 23 m2 avec canapé convertible, TV écran plat connectée 4K avec accès à NETFLIX, DVD Blu ray, chaîne Hifi, aspirateur et une chaise bébé.
- Un coin cuisine de 6 m2 équipé avec plaque à induction, four à pyrolyse, four micro ondes, lave vaisselle, frigo/congélateur, robot ménager, cafetière filtre et Senséo, bouilloire, grille pains et toute la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.
- Une salle d'eau de 4 m2 avec douche, lavabo, sèche cheveux, lave linge, sèche linge, table et fer à repasser.
- Un WC indépendant
- Une terrasse avant exposée sud-ouest avec store banne et salon de jardin
- Une terrasse arrière face à la forêt, exposée nord-est avec salon de jardin, une plancha à gaz et deux bains de soleil, ainsi qu'un cabanon.
A l'étage :
- Une chambre de 8 m2 avec 2 lits jumeaux 90 x 190, une commode et une TV.
- Une chambre de 10.5 m2 avec un balcon de 5 m2. Elle comprend 1 lit double 140 x 200, un lit parapluie pour bébé, une penderie, un coffre fort, une commode, une TV .
- Une salle de bains de 6 m2 avec baignoire, lavabo et un WC.
Ce village de vacances vous propose gratuitement une piscine extérieure (chauffée du 01 juillet au 31 août) avec pataugeoire, et à l'intérieur un espace balnéo (Hammam, Jacuzzi, Sauna) et une piscine chauffée avec col de cygne, ouvert des vacances de Pâques aux vacances de la Toussaint. Vous pourrez également profiter, toujours à titre gratuit, d'un terrain de tennis, boulodrome, table de ping-pong et espace jeux pour les petits....
Avec un petit supplément, à régler sur place, vous pourrez accéder à une salle de remise en forme (fitness et musculation). Vous trouverez également un bar restaurant sur place ouvert uniquement en pleine saison.
Vous trouverez face au village : un Espace Accrobranches, Paint-ball, Tir à l'arc et Taureaux Piscine......
Vous pourrez faire de nombreuses balades à pied ou en VTT, en forêt, sur des sentiers balisés autour du site. Vous pourrez également vous adonner au surf.

BON A SAVOIR :
Il n'y aura pas un inventaire minutieux après chaque séjour pour vérifier si quoi que ce soit auraient pu être embarqués involontairement ou abimés par nos locataires.
Nous croyons (mais peut-être sommes-nous naïfs) que nos locataires apprécieront l'esprit de confort et de convivialité dans lequel le chalet est mis à leur disposition, et qu'il auront à cœur de le préserver pour les prochains locataires.
Quelque chose de tâché ou cassé ? Ca arrive ! et ce n'est pas grave !
Il nous semble normal lorsqu'on confie ainsi son chez-soi à des inconnus de s'exposer à de petits dégâts de temps en temps.
Nous ne sommes donc pas du genre à activer une caution pour un verre ou une assiette cassés.
En revanche, dans l'intérêt de tous ceux qui séjourneront au chalet, si quelque chose est cassé, tâché ou abîmé, nous vous remercions par avance de nous le signaler afin que nous puissions nous organiser et restaurer rapidement un niveau de confort optimal.

Response from the owner Nous sommes heureux que notre chalet vous ait plu de par son équipement et son positionnement dans la résidence. Par contre, une précision importante, notre chalet n'est pas dans un camping mais une résidence de loisirs de 125 chalets où le calme et la tranquillité sont de rigueur. Nous sommes donc désolés pour les surfeurs bruyants, c'est le premier retour que nous avons eu. Quand à la piste cyclable, elle n'est pas devant la résidence, mais au village de Bias à 2 km 400.
