Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.

Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.

Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Its all about the view. 8th floor unit has oceanfront balcony with a gorgeous view from any point in the room. Many recent updates include:: new carpet, new leather loveseat, new mattresses. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.

On 5-12-22, the DBR Developer closed the parking garage. The DBR COA has not yet secured an alternate parking location. There is limited parking in the front of the building on a 1st come – 1st serve basis. We can’t guarantee a parking spot on site for you during your stay. Until we can secure closer spots, the most reliable option is the paid parking garage at Ocean Center – it’s a 6 story structure that charges $10/day. We will refund $25/day for the parking issue or we will be happy to cancel and refund the full amount of your stay. Call me at *******-6669 with any questions.
