Située à 8km de Montpellier, au calme sur les hauteurs du village de Saint Gely du Fesc avec vue sur le Pic Saint Loup, vous profiterez d'un calme absolu dans un quartier résidentiel idéalement situé pour des vacances entre mer, ville et garrigue.
Cette villa d’architecte contemporaine de 220m2 sur un jardin arboré de 1100m2 se trouve à 35 min de la mer, 25 min de la rivière et 10 min du pic Saint Loup.
Vous pourrez profiter des belles journées ensoleillées d’arrière saison au bord de la piscine, aller à la mer, vous promener dans les gorges de l’Hérault ou encore faire de belles randonnées en garrigue et dans les vignes. Bref, un emplacement idéal pour profiter de l'arrière-pays et de la mer méditerranée ou simplement se reposer.
La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes très confortablement.
Le logement :
Au RDC, une spacieuse pièce à vivre de 90 m2 avec une cuisine américaine ouverte sur le séjour, toute équipée (frigo US distributeur de glaçons, plaques induction, cafetière nespresso, thermomix, lave vaisselle..)
Les grandes baies vitrées à galandage donnent sur la terrasse en bois exotique (de 100m2) et la piscine.
Buanderie avec machine à laver et seche linge, WC indépendant.
A l’étage :
1 suite parentale de 24m2 (lit en 160cm) avec dressing et salle d’eau (douche à l’italienne), 2 chambres de 15m2 avec chacune 2 lits simples, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, WC sur le palier.
Studio indépendant accolé à la villa :
25m2 avec canapé lit double, salle d’eau, cuisine équipée
Possibilité de rajouter 2 matelas au sol ou un canapé lit pour des enfants
La villa est très lumineuse avec le soleil toute la journée, entièrement climatisée.
Pour vos loisirs intérieurs : TV écran large, Wi-fi, billard américain, piano, console game cube, une borne arcade avec 800 jeux.
En extérieur :
Piscine 11X4 sécurisée avec volet électrique, transats, terrain de pétanque, trampoline, table de ping pong, panier de basket, barbecue /plancha au gaz.
Le quartier où se trouve la villa est résidentiel, de qualité et très calme. La villa est au bout d’une impasse.
Règlement intérieur :
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 16h et si possible avant 20h. Départ : 10h.
Cette villa est idéale pour 2 familles avec enfants.
Les fêtes ne sont pas acceptées.
Maison non fumeur (uniquement en extérieur), animaux non acceptés (il y a déjà un chat dans la maison qui sera ravi d'avoir votre attention et des caresses !)
Le ménage est inclus. Nous vous demandons uniquement de vider vos poubelles dans la benne et de ranger la vaisselle.
Il y aura un contrat de location avec demande d'arrhes, dépôt de garantie, un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie
