Entre Mer et Montagne, maison de vacances familiale, confortable en toutes saisons, avec 2 logements reliés par escalier intérieur et extérieur. 2 terrasses, avant (SO) et arrière(SE), vous permettent de prendre le soleil ou la fraîcheur, à toute heure, et la vue est imprenable sur Céret, le massif du Canigou et les Albères. Un jardin avant avec vues et un jardin naturel en restanques à l'arrière complètent l'espace disponible. Des transats, parasol, tables et fauteuils de jardin sont à disposition.
L'hiver, une cheminée complète le confort de la climatisation réversible; l'été la climatisation vous rafraîchit. Une petite bibliothèque et un espace bureau sont aménagés dans la grande pièce de vie, 2 télévisions vous apportent les nouvelles de l'extérieur. Il y a la possibilité de ranger les vélos ou le coffre de la voiture au RZ.
La maison est idéale pour des couples d'amis, des séniors actifs, des sportifs en déplacement ou des familles. Sa localisation à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants permet de faire les courses à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et résidentiel avec vues sur la nature environnante. “Beautiful place”
