New House, built in 2009 with bright airy decor. Open plan design for sitting & kitchen-dining room with high ceiling and cream porcelain tiling on floors of living areas with oak floors in sitting room and bedrooms.. Comfortable seating to relax with satellite TV or just to enjoy the heavenly views of ocean and mountains. This house has a superb location with sea views to Muiroch Beach at the front and mountains views to the back.

Walk out the front door and a few more steps to Muirioch Beach and take in the lovely scenery of Smerwick Harbour in the most peaceful environment in Europe. Patio doors from the dining area lead to a paved area with the soothing sounds of your own stream. Table, chairs and parasol are provided for your enjoyment.

“Perfect house and location”

We had a fabulous holiday in Murrioch. The house was very clean spacious and relaxing. It was walking distance to the beach and the local bar and restaurant. We will definitely be back again.
