Living like Saigonese in the Oasis of the city, luxurious resident with Elevator ,Pool, Gym,24/7 security

Fully furnished, designed and owned by interior designer.

Easy access to City center (3km) and Tan Son Nhat airport (2km)

24/7 convenient store ( Mini Stop ) in the building .

Cafe, shops, parks, supermarket around.

Smoke detector and sprinkler are in each unit and in all common areas of the building.

Our non- smoking apartment is a 80 square meters unit which includes:

• 1 living room

• 1 kitchen: with cooking utensils, a variety of my own herbal tea blends and few kitchen basics. .

---Fridge, Microwave,Oven, Coffee Machine ,water boiler

• 2 bedroom : Queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm ) with high quality mattress fitted with quality (Calvin Klein, Conran, John Lewis, Muji, Habitat ,…) cotton-sheets,blankets, pillows and different duvets

• 2 bathroom : fully - equipped with shampoo, shower gel, hotel-quality cotton towels, Basic Toiletries

• 1 balcony : peaceful plants and seating area where you can have a glass of wine or beer.

The whole flat is for you.But don't bring unbooked people home without asking me first. I have to inform our reception.

You will have The key ( access CARD ) to access the elevator, flat and Pool/ Gym

NOT-INCLUDED ITEMS

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and most food items. You will need to shop for your own food and cook your meals if you intend to dine at the flat. That said you are likely to find the kitchen stocked with few food items and you are very welcome to help yourselves with them!

1. CHECK IN: after 2:00 PM CHECK OUT: before 11:00

Flexible check in/out time depends on calendar availability. Please let us know in advance.

2. Please treat the flat as your own place.RESPECT!

3. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. According to local law, we must register our Airbnb guests with the building management & local authorities. The hosts and building management have the right to turn away unregistered guests at any time, no questions asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.

4. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PROSTITUTION, DRUGS AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. Any guests caught violating this rule will be reported immediately to the police and asked to leave our premise without any refund. We'll also flag and report to Airbnb as well.

5. WE'RE NOT A HOTEL. So please clean up after yourself and keep our place tidy and clean. All dishes/cutlery/glasses should be washed and put away properly after each use.

7. NO SMOKING!!! NO PARTY !

8. Please don't forget to lock the doors, close the windows & turn off electricity & AC when you leave the apartment for safety and environmental reasons.

9.If you come as 2, and wish you use the bed separately, the extra charge for extra linens is 5$

10. For the soft opening and the work still going on in the building ( weekday 9AM-16:30 from now til end of May )we offer you special discount as the rate you see now.

11. We need the copy of your passport when you check in to register with local authorities
