The villa offers large interior and exterior spaces. In the main area you will find a spacious living room with a large flat TV and the fireplace, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a W.C. All 4 bedrooms have private bathroom/WC, wardrobes and working spaces.

Guest access

During your stay your will wake up with the sounds of nature, have breakfast in the big terrace with a breath-taking view, play around the garden and pool and enjoy the sun from sunrise still dawn. At night, the most amazing sky can keep you occupied counting endless stars.

All spaces of the villa are available ONLY for our guests! NO shared areas.

We always personally welcome you in the property at guest arrival . A short briefing of the house and some startup details for places to visit is given. We provide full details of any place of interest if asked. We are always there at the departure to greet our guests!

Our home is located in Lasithi, Greece.

The villa is located in a terrain of 6000 m2 on a hill side, next to the lovely chapel of Agioi Pantes (All Saints), it is surrounded by olive groves and has breath-taking scenery.

It is located at about 4 km from the Sitia city centre and it's picturesque port, the sandy beach, the cafés/bars/restaurants, the night life and the market. The airport is located 8 km away and the hospital is 4 km away.

Getting around

This is the best spot to start exploring East Crete so, hiring a car is recommended.

Sitia is located almost at the north-east end of Crete, some 150 km from Heraklion. Sitia can be reached: By plane: - either via Athens (directly to Sitia or to Heraklion) or - with charter or scheduled direct flights to Heraklion, operating from April till October from most major cities in Europe. By ferry-boat from Piraeus (the port of Athens) to Heraklion (daily connections).
