This listing is for the rental of the entire property including the large back patio and private swimming pool. The home is over 2500 sqft with high ceilings and fully furnished quality furniture. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

This house is in excellent location for this beautiful single level home. South Chandler near Sun Lakes/Ocotillo has easy access to the 202 & 101 freeways with all services you will need within a few miles radius. Downtown Chandler is only a 10 min drive.

Entertainers dream house with a large paved resort style backyard and pebble tech heated pool(additional fee see below), as well as built-in propane grill. Other features: Speakers throughout the house and yard, corn hole game, Netflix, large bedrooms, fooseball table in Game room, board games in Living Room. Fully equipped kitchen. Large HDTV in living room and master bedroom.

There are up to 5 separate sleeping areas.

- Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom

- Three private bedrooms all with queen size beds

- Front living room with futon and or place for a blow up queen mattress.

***Please let us know if you have pets. Pets (dogs only) are welcome to stay here. A per pet fee of $40 for up to a week long stay, $125/month applies. Guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

**Note: We have many guests staying with us that are moving to the area and may be in search of a new home. If you need any help with that, Grant is a licensed agent in Arizona. Please let us know if you need help in finding the right property for you.

POOL HEATING FEE: The swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 24 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). An additional $30 nightly fee will be added to your invoice post-booking if pool heating is requested. Pool heating must be requested with a minimum 48 hour notice. Heated pool is not the same as a hot tub or spa and while the pool will not be as cold as it normally would get in the winter, it won't necessarily be HOT. Unheated pool temperature is approximately 60 degrees while the heated pool temperature is approximately 84 degrees. Guests who request this service are required to apply the pool cover on at night to prevent the heat from escaping and failure to do so will result in possible fees.

We had a great time at the house. It was very well maintained and had lots of room. The pool was great too. Would recommend this to everyone.

This house is centrally located in the Phoenix area for easy access to city. Spacious and well furnished. Nice kitchen. Large patio with BBQ and Pool.
