Description
Villa Odyssia is a stylish, spacious villa built on 3 levels, with a 50sqm private pool, luscious gardens and beautiful views of both mountain and sea. It boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped, modern kitchens, large entertainment areas, a feature fireplace and a classic piano.
The surrounding landscaping is ideal for outside dining with 2 BBQ areas and a pizza oven. It is also only a 5 minutes’ walk away from the finest sandy beach of Almyros and a 5 min drive to the center of town.
As you enter the villa there is a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside the living room there is a shaded balcony that overlooks the pool and offers beautiful views of the town of Agios Nikolaos.
Stairs lead to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. One master with a double bed, en suite shower bathroom and a balcony with superb views of the town, and two more double bedrooms which share a bathroom with a tub.
From the living room stairs also lead down to the ground floor which has access to the terrace , the pool and garden. On this level there is an open plan area with a second kitchen, sitting and dining area. Also there are two more bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside you will find a pool with sun loungers , a lawn area with a rock garden, flowers and trees and a sitting area under a pergola. On a separate area also with lawn there is a BBQ with a wood oven where you can prepare a tasty meal for your loved ones.
