Luxury amenities and an unforgettable view make La Vista a natural selection for your next holiday destination. Overlooking nearby Cofresi Beach, La Vista features five bedrooms, two kitchens, double carport, yard, two living rooms, jacuzzi, pools, multiple bathrooms, lavish balcony, and enough room for large parties, weddings, and other events. La Vista can fully accommodate 15 people, but packages are available for smaller groups.
On the first floor of La Vista is the service kitchen and a large bedroom with room for 4. The bedroom features a bunk bed, two separate double beds, and its own bathroom making this floor a great place for kids. Just outside the first floor is a wide double carport, green space, and Tiki hut with ample seating for outside meals or after dinner drinks.
The second floor is where La Vista earns its name. The defining feature of the entire house is here and that's the expansive balcony offering one of the best views in town. From the balcony you can look over the treetops to the nearby beach and the crystal blue ocean waters beyond. There's also a fantastic view of Pico Isabel de Torres in the distance and nearby Puerto Plata. Of course, you can enjoy all these sights from the comfort of a chaise lounge, as you relax in one of two balcony pools, or while using the barbeque grill.
Also on the second level is a fully furnished foyer, deluxe kitchen with everything you need to cook real Dominican cuisine, dining room seating for 10, and a large living room. Nearby are two ample suites with connecting bathrooms and jacuzzi access.
Just up the stairs from the second floor is another suite with double bed and bunk bed. A wood-paneled bathroom services this suite. Nearby on the third is the master suite with a private balcony, bathroom, jacuzzi, and great view. All the bedrooms include a compact refrigerator, air conditioning, safe,cable television, internet access, iron and ironing board.

“Great villa and awesome views”

We had a blast at this villa very peaceful it’s perched high on hill overlooking the ocean. Staff very friendly. Secluded aswell.

“Great Staff, Great views, but not what I expected”

The location is great, but a little difficult to find, our taxi took awhile driving up and down to find the Villa. You're greeted by men with very big guns, but they are there for your protection and made us feel safe. Christina was a joy to have. She does not speak English but she does her best to communicate. She cooks well and cleans and puts things away without any issues or suspicious activity, she's great? Gustavo aka Gus is also AMAZING! We planned all of our excursions through him versus trip advisors and viator, and ended up saving a lot of money and finding a lot of other perks. I give him 5 stars and recommend his expertise if your looking for things to do or places to go. He even put together a tattoo party at the villa for us, and amazing experience. The description of the villa is a little misleading, there are two pools on one balcony side by side. One is about 2 maybe 3 feet, great for kids, and the other is more suitable for adults, there were ALOT of bugs in the pool, and I had to clean them out myself. There is a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom and another in one of the other bedrooms, there is no hot tub in the way that we thought. And neither of them worked and we had to call a plumber to get hot water. We had an electricity issue for about 8 hours one night during our stay. We were without power and the generator did not work, although the other villas did and had power. The owner did communicate with us throughout that time which I appreciated because it was very late and there was little he could do, but the power issue was still annoying because we cancelled our plans for that evening. There are a lot of bugs. I experienced a few inside of the sheets of the master bedroom. Plenty of gnats and mosquitos as well so plan accordingly with bug spray because they have none. The bedrooms are as described, but the mattresses are very hard and their are no blankets only sheets. The couches are very hard as well. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful, as are the views from all angles of the Villa especially the roof. There is a grill that we loved! The villa was great, we genuinely enjoyed our time there and all of the people: Jason, Dilenia, Christina, Gustavo, Ricardo apart of security, and Oliver our taxi driver! Amazing people and a great Villa, there were just a few glitches along the way. I would give a 3.5 out of 5 stars!
