This Ocean View contemporary and spacious 1 bedroom condo has a straight line view to the private beach area, situated in the brand new beachfront community of Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, located in the heart of the tourist town of El Cortecito/Los Corales (heart-throb of Punta Cana).

Nearly 900 sq. feet to include 1 large bedroom, 1 full bath & 1 guest full bath, a full size contemporary kitchen, spacious livingroom, & a large balcony with constant breezes from the ocean. Other amenities include a stackable washer/ dryer, premier cable TV, a safe, a water cooler dispenser & we are one of only a handful of condos which has high speed fiber optic 200/50 mbps wifi (the norm is only 1 mbps) for our guests to enjoy.

Livingroom has a 48" Smart TV, which includes subscription to Netflix for our guests to enjoy

Bedroom with another 43" TV with the same premier HD hanel package and free Netflix.

We also have an Alexa Echo in the livingroom for you to enjoy music

The modern décor is fresh & relaxing with all the essentials included, making this a perfect vacation option.

Location is perfect. Just a few steps to our very own Plaza which has a variety of fabulous restaurants, including Citrus, Dolce Italia, Don Pio and Bella Napoli Sweet, Dalias Pasty Coffe Shop and more

We are only a couple of minutes walk up to the Plaza Coral which houses a fabulous Indian Restaurant (Pranama), Casa de Lorenzo, Carbon and La Bruja Chupadora

The Plaza directly opposite us, El Dorado also has a variety of store, Supermarket, and LeMadison Restaurant

Playa Turquesa has elevators in each building, a beautiful lobby, 2 large swimming pools w/ a swim up cash bar (operated only at certain times of the year), and of course, its own private beach area on the famous Bavaro Beach. Just a few minutes walk to the right or left of this beach brings you to several other beach/ bar/ restaurants where tourist, expats & condo owners from all over the world thrive. This area is one of the safest and friendliest areas in the Caribbean.

This brand new condo is currently offered at an affordable price, and we suspect you will be booking the same condo year after year. Supply & demand of comparable vacation rentals in this hot tourist town are limited, so don’t wait too long.

Family owned condo and professionally managed by the owners onsite, personal taxi services are also provided at an extra charge.

Getting around

We can have our taxi driver on hand for anything you need. The little local bus service picks up on the corner of our street, and for less than a buck you can go to all the large malls and stores in the area

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
