Description
This penthouse is a part of the newest and most luxurious resort in the Caribbean located on the eastern most point of the Dominican Republic. The breathtaking view of our turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea underlined by pure white sand beaches that stretch for miles and just steps away from your penthouse. Our particular unit also enjoys views of the world class marina that attracts yachts from around the world. Our penthouse is isolated without neighbors and so it is extremely quiet and tranquil as it is a corner unit on the fourth floor. Perfect for relaxation!
Elegantly decorated in tropical pastels and very comfortable. The penthouse has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms a master suite with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. Plus, there is a loft with two queen futon sofa beds. Our fully equipped kitchen could please any weekend chef. Our home has three tvs with a 42 inch flat screen television in our loft and an ipod with speakers for you musical enjoyment. There is central air conditioning throughout the condo and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
There are several fine restaurants in the marina area just a few steps away including Il Cappuccino, Api Beach Bar, Agua Mare & Blue Marlin to mention a few.
