New apartment on the ground floor with large terrace overlooking the sea on the same beach and a few meters from the house of Montalbano. stunning very quiet site with direct access to the beautiful beach of Montalbano, where you will spend the days in the sun and relax. The apartment is equipped with all amenities including internet access, air conditioning, satellite TV and beach accessories. In the terrace you will enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea with a dell 'local wine chalice offered by me. We have other apartments with a greater number of bedrooms and bathrooms seats. “Quiet paradise by the sea”
One of the rare cases when what you see is what you get, all photos show the real conditions and when you start living at this place you love it more every day. Perfect arrangement, you can stay on the terrace, go on the beach without all the gear, because you can go into your own shower straight from your swim. Perfect for a family with a small child. I loved the outdoor shower under the stairs. We were always able to keep things clean and organized, like at home. But the biggest advantage for people who like staying away from the crowds is the tranquillity of this place with waves creating a nice lullaby in the evening. The small town has got a supermarket with all basic food, so once inside this pretty flat you can stay there and enjoy your special days. In case you change your mind there are small restaurants of course. Keep it up, Giombattista:)

“Great little pad”
This apartment is perfect for a couple although there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge. It's well presented and spotlessly clean. The patio is large and excellent for sunbathing and you are just 10 steps away from the beach. The sea is crystal clear and the soft sandy seabed makes it wonderful for swimming. Some very decent restaurants and cafes are a five minute stroll down the beach and at the harbour you can see the local fishermen unloading their catch. Inspector Montalbano fans will recognize his TV apartment near the lighthouse. it's an easy drive to all the regions highlights from Ragusa to Ortigia.
