On the beach of Montalbano, SempreVerde is an ecological house: insulated bales of straw and built with natural materials such as wood, cork, clay, tadelakt and bamboo. He wants to try the experience of ecological housing and the sea view from a green terrace. Punta Secca is a very attractive village throughout the year. Great for beach holidays, great for an escape from the city and suitable for everyone!

“We really loved this gorgeous guest house!”
This is a lovely house in an excellent location, one road back from the beach. Sempreverde is a beautifully designed and imaginative enterprise, and the family who run it are charming and the perfect mix of friendly and professional. As many other reviews have said, the home-made breakfasts on the roof are a highspot - delectable cake, fresh breads, almonds, home-made jams .... and all in the company of other friendly guests. Our bedroom was simple but well-appointed and cool (very necessary in the Sicilian heat of July) with a bathroom that is perfect for a beach holiday - big walk-in shower, big basin for washing out swimsuits! Punta Secca itself is small, very relaxed, and very pretty, with an excellent beach. We thoroughly recommend Sempreverde and were truly sad to leave. Thank you for everything!
