Villa contemporaine, with pool ,jacuzzi, surrended by the Jungle. 1 Bedroom with king size bed,screen tv and Air Conditionned,pocket wifi, living room and fully equiped kitchen. The Villa is located on a private reserve and gated property, with private entrance and parking space. The villa is for a maximum of 3 persons. All linens and towels are include. The property is at 12 mn(2.5mil) driving from Punta Uva beach and at 20mn from the town of Puerto Viejo;15mn from Manzanillo village,4x4 reco.
The villa is located a Punta uva inland, 15 minutes drive from the beach of Punta Uva, this house is located 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) off the main road, up a dirt mountain road. Located in a private reserve and gated property,the villa is totally private,surrended by the jungle and tropical garden,you can see many species of birds, frogs, butterflys, howler monkeys, capuchins etc from the terrace , your swimming pool, or while walking in the tropical garden ; for nature lovers, practice yoga or simply unplugged! . The sofa of the living room can be change as a single bed.We provide a laundry service:10usd/load.
although we are flexible on the check in and check out times of the house, we ask our guests to respect them as best as possible, for the check in beyond 1 hours late there will be a charge of 35usd.untill 8pm.after 8pm untill 10pm 50usd.
