Description

The open-style villa, built in the early 70s, and offers a familial, welcoming atmosphere with large terraces with gardens to relax and barbecue and a breathtaking sea view on the basin Acharchon. The beach is 150 meters, as the villa is located in the third row from the sea. Even the breathtaking Dune de Pyla can be reached in 2 minutes walk.

The villa is situated on a slope, open on three floors. Above are lying right hand two bedrooms with directly adjacent bathrooms which are each equipped with a shower tray and a sink. Opposite is a new, modern toilet with sink. Over a short stairs you reach the living room with panoramic window, which extends across the entire width of the living room and a wonderful view of the sea presented. From the living room-bound they can enter large terrace with adjoining Gillplatz. here you can enjoy a direct view of the Bassin d'Arcachon surrounded by typical local pine trees. With another small staircase you reach the dining room with adjoining, open fireplace. From the dining room outgoing, seen by another picture windows, they enter the light-filled courtyard, which invites by seating and sunbathing opportunities to relax.
