Particulier loue appartement 2 pièces + cabine de 40 m², WIFI gratuit, pour 6 personnes dans luxueuse résidence avec piscine et tennis gratuits au milieu d'un parc arboré de 3 Ha situé à 300 m de la mer et à proximité immédiate des restaurants, commerces et de toutes les activités.
Stationnement possible tout autour de la résidence.
Grand séjour avec un clic-clac, SMART TV 4K, WIFI, barbecue électrique, ventilateur sur pied. Grande baie vitrée donnant sur la loggia exposée plein sud face à la chaine des Albères.
Grande chambre avec un lit en 140 et un grand placard, table et fer à repasser, aspirateur, lit bébé.

House rules
La piscine est ouverte de début mai au 30 septembre. Elle est surveillée par un maître nageur en juillet et août. Le grand bassin est réservé aux personnes sachant nager.
Les bracelets d'accès sont fournis par le concierge contre une caution de 20 € par bracelet qui vous sera rendue lors de leur restitution.
Les shorts sont interdits, seuls les maillots de bains sont autorisés. La douche est obligatoire avant la baignade.
