- With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area comes with entertainment that have a big LED TV,DVD player, also WiFi internet, and relax corner with the comfy sofa that can comfortably seating up for two peoples, kitchen area for preparing heavy meals including fridges, a freezer, oven microwave grill and Nespresso Coffee machine.

- This villa also close to the restaurants and shopping of Rawai and offer everything that you need make your Phuket holiday experience the best ever.

RATE INCLUDES:

-Cleaning once per week

-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden

-Drinking water and water fees included

-Towels and linens provided

-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe

RATE EXCLUDES:

The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit

SERVICES :

- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition

- Providing airport transfer

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge

HOUSE RULES :

-Security Deposit:

A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.

-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am

-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht

-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht

-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
