Description
One of 2 Traditional styled cottages, with Wi-Fi, situated on the western way at the foot of the Maum Turk mountains, with spectacular views of the twelve bens and a 2 minute walk has you looking down on Lough Inagh. Situated in the heart of Connemara, this is the ideal base for touring the Western Region. The Connemara National Park Letterfrack & Kylemore Abbey are but two of the famous local attractions within a short distance of the cottage.
Easy access to the towns of Clifden, Westport, Oughterard and Galway city.
Bar and restaurant within walking distance in The Inagh Lodge Hotel. Nearby local amenities include mountain climbing, hill walking, golfing, horse-riding, fishing, sailing, scuba-diving, spectacular beaches and the Killary Adventure Centre.
Cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Kitchen/dining area with open fire, two bedrooms one en-suite, plus separate bathroom, oil fired central heating throughout.
Cottage is specially designed with a fully tiled drying room where you can hose down and dry your walking gear.
Described by guests as “a hill walkers haven, a cyclists dream and a wonderful cottage in a superb location”.
This cottage is a real home away from home.
Linen, towels & Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
Fuel Charges (oil & electricity) are extra, both are meter read on arrival and again on departure.

“Beautiful cottage, Stunning views”
The cottage was beautiful with good size rooms, well equipped for all needs, comfortable beds & the owner was very friendly, showed us round & explained all that was needed. The views from the cottage were just stunning. Photos just don’t do it justice. It’s location was perfect for us & our stay there. From the cottage there is an awful lot to see & do all within 1 hours drive. So highly recommend this cottage.

A great place to stay, perfect for seeing Connemara. Cosy and clean, wifi, tv all that you need. Dolores is great for keeping in contact. Would recommend and would return.
