Anemomylos Villa I, located on the top of a side hill over the village of Skepasti, is here to provide you with every comfort and space for your family holidays in Crete. The village is located at the middle of North Crete with access to the main road that crosses North Crete connecting the cities of Chania and Heraklion and just 25 Kms away from the old city of Rethymno. In walking distance from the villa, approximately 200 meters you will find shops, tavernas, cafes and also a bus stop.
Anemomylos Villa I is the first of the two identical Anemomylos Villas- each of them with separate facilities and private pools, which can also be rented together, to secure privacy and comfort for your large group of friends and family. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
Layout - Exterior
The outdoor area of Anemomylos Villa I, is unique for relaxation and long days under the sun. There is a 48m² private swimming pool (10,5m * 4,50m and 1,00m - 1,50m deep), equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, welcomes you to unwind with a refreshing cocktail, as the setting provides an amazing display of sunsets and a soft, caressing breeze you will not soon forget. There is also a special children’s compartment 0,50 cm deep. Additionally a ping pong table is available for unlimited hours of fun.
The Villa is located in a 2.000 sq. m. olive grove area and the outdoor sitting areas and BBQ facilities are ideal for al fresco dining close to nature, which is an experience you will love. Sitting on the spacious veranda, you can enjoy the sweeping view overlooking the crystal blue freshwater pool and the stunning landscape and let your mind and soul wonder the Cretan countryside.
Interior - First Floor
Entering the 140m2 villa on the first floor, brings you in a large room, where the living room and the kitchen are placed. The comfortable couch and armchairs invite you to relax and unwind. The villa is equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace, for endless hours of fun and relaxation.
From the open plan living room, a door leads into the more private space of the villa, which consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and the bathroom. There you can also find the stairway that leads to the second floor of the villa. Every bedroom has its own balcony and closet. Every balcony provides you with magnificent view of the mountains and the ancient windmill ruins of the village. The veranda is connected both to the living room as well as to the main entrance, allowing the visitors direct access without having to enter the Villa.
The contemporary design kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything anyone could ask for so that he could feel just like home. It is well equipped with electric devices and of course all the kitchenware and utensils.
Second Floor
Going up the stairway we reach the second floor of the apartment where we find two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds) and one more bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine. A door leads us to a big veranda which has a panoramic view of the area. This veranda is ideal for priceless moments of relaxation, while viewing the mountains and the stunning landscape of the region.
The Villa boasts four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in real beds. Two more guests can sleep in the two sofas of the living room. * Alternatively, two folding beds can also be provided in two of the bedrooms upon request.
