This amazing Villa keeps alive the Cretan building style and takes you to another era, with its beautifully restored iron beds, wooden furniture and ceilings, while providing all modern comforts at the same time. The Villa is located within walking distance to tavernas with local delicacies and a local cafe. Such a unique holiday home, sprinkled with lashings of vintage country glamour and offering pure rejuvenation, is ideal for families or creatives wanting a blue-sky thinking retreat, relaxation, fun and time well-spent.
External Living | Private Pool and Outdoor Features
The exterior of Sokaki Villa II boasts a fabulous swimming pool of 4X5 meters and 1.50 m depth, which with the push of a button, operate as a spa whirlpool as well (not heated). A unique spot for refreshment and loosening up. The private pool terrace is also equipped with sun beds, parasols, outdoor shower, lawn covered area and BBQ facilities.
Additionally, an outdoor, shaded chill-out space featuring patio furniture, ideal for alfresco dining and all day long relaxation, completes the picture of your holiday dream. Share some unforgettable moments of total fun & relaxation with your friends and family.
Internal Living | Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Sokaki Villa II covers 187 sq. m. in its two levels and offers delightful accommodation for up to 8 people in its four beautifully designed bedrooms. The design is an inspired fusion of contemporary and rustic style with elements of traditional Cretan architecture.
Ground Floor
Entering the Villa guests will find the open-plan, dining table and living room area, with a comfortable corner sofa and an open fireplace, where you could enjoy watching your favourite movie, or pick a film or a book from the ones available there. Across the dining area, under a lovely stone arch, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with an extra dining area. Both living room and kitchen areas open up to the outdoor sitting area and provide direct access to the pool and terrace area. Furthermore, guests will find the first bedroom of the Villa, featuring a double bed. The bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the window. Last but not least, an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin with hydromassage facilities can also be found on this level.
First Floor
Some stairs above, the remaining three bedrooms are there to welcome you, all of them featuring two single beds (that are joined together to form king sized beds). What's more, all of the bedrooms offer balcony access, to a pergola covered, shaded large veranda with siting area. Finally, a family bathroom with a bathtub with hydromassage facilities is available on this floor.

It’s worth mentioning that Sokaki Villa II is also very baby friendly oriented, equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including:
a baby cot, a baby crib, a high chair, a baby potty, a buggy and baby step, a stroller, stair gate (on the top of stairs), a baby car seat, a plastic children's swimming pool, two life jackets for children and children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request. In addition, outdoor children toys (Children's play house and toys) and some indoor toys such as children table and chair and other small toys and board games are also available upon request.
What's more, fitness equipment is available for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday…exercise daily using the treadmill and exercise stationary bike which are available at the spacious veranda of the first floor, also featuring a comfy sitting area.
