Apartment in ' Le Parc Residential Resort, one of the most luxurious condos in Rio de Janeiro for stays at a high level.
Its architecture is reminiscent of the French neoclassical style and has a complete infrastructure, with a differential "indoor Clubs".
You enter through one of three main gates, monitored 24 hours by security personnel.
In the nature of incomparable beauty, close to the lagoon, with an area of 45,000 square meters, trees, flowers, swimming pools, tennis courts, squash courts, beach volley and underground (P-1) a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a fitness center with the best and most modern equipment, wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi.
The apartment is on the second floor, 2 elevators, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with en-suite), 3 bathrooms, dining room, large veranda, separate kitchen, 1 garage, morning sun, internal view (pool and lagoon), equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi access throughout the apartment and resort clubs, fully furnished, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 safes and every kind of necessity for the comfort of guests.
There are beds to accommodate up to 6 people.
The beach is 1 km away. walk around the Resort and there are several Commercial Centres with all kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.
Connections to all destinations in the city with buses, taxis and the Metro will open soon.
