Suspendue sur les hauteurs de Rio San Juan, au coeur d'un calme domaine sécurisé et gardé, la Villa Vertigo offre des vues imprenables sur l'océan Atlantique, la baie de Río San Juan, la cordillère septentrionale et les collines environnantes.
Au niveau haut, le salon, grâce à son emplacement central, garantit l'intimité aux deux chambres. L'air circule facilement avec des ouvertures sur 3 côtés, et la cuisine américaine avec bar est prolongée par une arrière-cuisine. Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous pourrez le faire confortablement : gazinière avec 6 brûleurs et four, grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, ustensiles de cuisine et même un lave-vaisselle. Pour ceux qui restent quelques jours, un lave-linge est également disponible.
Répartie sur deux niveaux, chacune des quatre chambres ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur la mer. Dotés d'une excellente literie, les lits Queen Size font face au paysage. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains en béton poli, avec douche à l'italienne et toilettes privées. Des petits coffres-forts sont disponibles pour passeport, papiers, bijoux ...
Les deux chambres du bas ont un accès indépendant, mais peuvent communiquer par un couloir, ce qui garantit le calme à chaque unité. Chaque unité possède son propre air conditionné, sa propre kitchenette et sa propre terrasse. Idéal pour les familles ou les amis qui veulent profiter d'un peu d'intimité de temps en temps.
Les espaces extérieurs sont généreux : piscine à débordement, terrasses couvertes, pergola, solarium. L'une des chambres en bas bénéficie même de sa propre mini piscine, bien agréable pour se rafraîchir ou profiter du coucher du soleil en sirotant un verre.
