Description
Maison de Farine - La Haute Maison is the upper two floors in a newly renovated stone house that combines the charm and history of the south of France with comforts of modern conveniences and amenities. The large main living space has a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a livingroom with wood burning fireplace, and a dining room that seats up to 12 people. The second floor has lots of privacy with 4 double bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) with modern fixtures. The large outdoor terrace has seating for up to 12 people and views of the town and medieval tower, and easy access to the shared pool and additional terrace.
The property also has a second rental unit known as Maison de Farine - La Cave (#8295630). This unit only shares use of the property's pool, but if rented together, offers private use of the pool and terrace along with the additional kitchen, dining and living room, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus sleeping lofts (for up to 3 people), a large terrace and parking space.
When rented together, they can comfortably accommodate a large party of up to 15 people with generous amounts of space for all your guests to enjoy each other's company as well as their own private space, making it an enjoyable experience for all ages!
