This detached cottage is situated in County Laois, close to the town of Roscrea over the border in County Tipperary, and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms.Kyle Cottage is a superb, detached cottage situated in County Laois, three miles from the historic town of Roscrea in County Tipperary. The cottage sleeps twelve people in five en-suite bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, all with Jacuzzi baths. The cottage also has a ground floor wet room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a hallway with sitting area and an open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a decked area with a hot tub, furniture and a barbecue. Kyle Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for families and friends who wish to get away from it all and explore this stunning region.
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview. Oil and electricity charged via meter reading. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Decked area with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: Farm animals in surrounding fields.
