“Felt so at home” This is a wonderful base if you are visiting Edinburgh. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fantastically located. We loved looking out onto Edinburgh Castle. Thank you to Kitty for such a warm welcome and for the opportunity to enjoy Edinburgh from this lovely place. We hope to return soon.

“We loved it!!” We been very warmed welcom by the landlord David. The cottage was very good equiped with dishing mashine, washing machine and all you need in a kitchen, comfortable beds, TV, WiFi, etc. There is also a nice bar at the hotel beside. a fantastic view over Linlithgow and the castle at the other side of Linlithgow Loch. Itis quit close to Edinburg and some other cities. We loved it and we will be back some time!!

“Fantastic accomodation and location” We hired this beautiful townhouse for a hen weekend and it was perfect. All the bedrooms were individual and amazingly decorated, the living room was a great size and very cosy, and the kitchen had everything that could be needed. Everything was of excellent quality and the little touches really made it special. We got a bus from the airport with a 10 min walk from Fountain Park, but a taxi back was under £20. Perfect location, a lovely walk into the centre of Edinburgh. I would highly recommend no 32 for any large groups visiting Edinburgh for a special occasion.

“Gorgeous boutique in the heart of the New Town” This boutique is spotlessly presented and ideally located in the heart of the New Town. Situated back from the street, the space was quiet, just perfect for relaxing and socialising in the generously spacious open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The wet room would make the place appropriate for wheelchair users too. In short, I thoroughly recommend this boutique; it's great value for money and primely located for a wee Edinburgh getaway!

“Great location, beautiful apartment.” The apartment is in a great spot, easy walking distance to the Grassmarket and Princes St. There is plenty of space and the facilities are very good. Ideal for a family. There is limited street parking and the car park across the road is very expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and I definitely recommend it.

“Super location!!” My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic break in this accommodation in Edinburgh. The apartment itself was clean, had everything you needed and also included parking. This was a must when deciding on accommodation. We had chosen road travel to explore some of the countryside on our way up to Scotland. Whilst in Edinburgh, we walked to most places with shopping, restaurants and cultural sites within easy reach. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

“Family Retreat” A great location in the down town core. Easy access to amenities. Ideal with a small child - lots of space to play. The basement stairs were a problem with a stroller however. Also needed a few more cooking utensils - serving spoons and large bowls.

“Beautiful, affordable and well-equipped flar” The flat is really tidy and well equipped.With the supermarket just around the corner and the city centre in such short walking distance, we feel like we really made an excellent decision, when choosing this flat.
