Bienvenue au domaine de la Margotine, composé de 4 gites avec piscines. Notre table d'hôtes de produits fermiers du terroir est proposée durant votre séjour.
Nous ne louons pas directement par TripAdvisor, mais par notre site: domainedelamargotine.
Venez découvrir en image notre domaine, vous y trouverez nos tarifs précis, ainsi que nos plannings à jour pour chacun des gites, de très nombreuses photos et informations pour votre séjour au domaine.
Le domaine de la Margotine bénéficie d'une situation géographique exceptionnelle, tout proche de la cité médiévale de Gourdon, en Quercy Périgord noir dans le Lot.
A mi-chemin entre Sarlat et Rocamadour / Padirac / Saint Cirq Lapopie, proche de tous les sites les plus remarquables de la région, au calme en pleine nature et sans les inconvénients de la foule touristique.
En 2017, notre secteur a été classé 6ème plus beau Géoparc de France et 120ème mondial, sans avoir les inconvénients de la foule.
Notre domaine se veut calme, familial dans une ambiance sympathique et conviviale dans le respect de chacun.
Petite entreprise familiale, déclarée au registre du commerce et aux normes.

Ce gite est classé, 3 épis gites de France.
Le gite "La Bichonnière" de 2 à 4 personnes, situé dans notre ancienne grange du 17ème siècle, au sein du domaine qui compte 3 autres gites.
Il est mitoyen, sans nuisances auditives, très cosy, dans un esprit de charme de pierres de pays et de poutres anciennes, totalement rénové, décoré soigneusement et aux normes de confort, d'électricité et de sécurité.
Il vous offre une belle surface de 70m2, avec une grande pièce à vivre, coin cuisine ouverte, une belle salle de bain aux matériaux de qualité, avec wc indépendant.
A l'étage, deux chambres pour 4 personnes.
Tout l'électroménager est récent, ainsi que nos literies de qualité hôtelière, et de fabrication française.
A l'extérieur, vous disposerez d'un beau salon de jardin sur votre terrasse privée, d'une surface de 40m2, plein sud, séparée et intime, dans le cadre verdoyant du domaine, avec un barbecue trépied, transats et parasol, afin de vous détendre sous le superbe ciel étoilé. Vous profiterez de cet espace ombragé abrité par de grands arbres dont un magnifique catalpa.
Piscine commune aux 2 autres gites, sécurisée et clôturée, équipée d'un nouveau système de filtration dernière génération, pour une parfaite qualité de l'eau de baignade.

Gourdon à seulement 10 minutes, proche de tous commerces.
Sur place, l'espace" jeux enfants" a été pensé pour les vacances des tous petits, un boulodrome pour les grands, avec un espace ping pong, ainsi que divers jeux, un espace badminton, terrain de football et une belle cabane en bois.
Nous mettons gratuitement à disposition le matériel nécessaire pour les vacances de bébé.
