Description

Lynicote Farm Cottage is ideally situated just 3 miles from the North Cornish Coast with magnificent scenery and beautiful walks. There are also many family attractions such as theme parks, riding schools and Golf Courses. The very popular Eden Project is just 40 minutes away by car.

The pretty sea port of Falmouth on the South Coast is 12 miles and the Cathedral City of Truro is just 9 miles away. Being centrally located, and yet in a secluded and peaceful countryside setting makes an ideal location for touring, sightseeing, walking etc. There is an electric coin meter at the cottage, this just covers the electric light and cooker.

“Perfect cottage, perfect location & perfect host!”

Stable Cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Judy has thought of literally everything and has made a lovely home from home, we were very relaxed here and could’ve easily stayed longer. The location is very rural yet only 5 minutes from the A30 which means everywhere is easily accessible. We loved Porthtowan (2 miles away) and Portreath (7 miles away) beaches. Also worth a stop - Etherington’s Farm Shop (1 mile away).

Excellent cottage in a beautiful peaceful location to discover Cornwall. Paul & Judy were lovely hosts & had thought of everything that we needed for our stay..we hope to be back again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
