This one bedroom cottage on the edge of St. Austell sleeps two people.The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a lovely wing to the owner's home situated on the edge of St. Austell. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and barbeuce. The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a convenient base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including Mevagissey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No children or infants.
Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: The market town of St. Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast and offers a brewery, shops, pubs, restaurants and a railway station. Close by is the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Carlyon Bay and the fishing port of Mevagissey.
