36 Strawberry Hill is a great base from which to explore West Cornwall, from the stunning beaches of st. Ives bay, to lush gardens, great food, theatre and the superb walking trails of the south west coastal path. 36 Strawberry Hill offers the convenience of being on a holiday park, with facilities which include a swimming pool, tennis court, shop, bar and play park in a location which makes Cornwall and its sights easily accessible.

Just a few minutes drive to Hayle, it's harbour, shops and beaches, around fifteen minutes from St. Ives and Penzance, and close to train links, 36 Strawberry Hill is a great family getaway.

With three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), open plan living / dining and kitchen space and downstairs bathroom, 36 Strawberry hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

The Location

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

“Holiday”

I booked a place with holiday lettings for five at Tolroy manor which looked roomy and ideal for what I wanted to soon discover that holiday lettings had double booked me I found this out from Hayle holidays which then turned out to be toms holidays they booked me into a upgrade chalet which I couldn’t see any difference to be honest apart from the site was a John Fowler site where our up graded chalet was still in Tolroy manor if I hadn’t had my witts about me and just gone with the flow anyone els would have been totally confused I still don’t understand why I had to go through so many different holiday companies when I paid over £800. For a weeks holiday when I could of got it for £600. When I did all the phone calls and running around to find out where I was staying with my family and to be fair we didn’t stop on the site everyday as it wasn’t that good the only night we went to the club there was one member of staff doing the entertainment and the shop because someone had rang in sick and that wasn’t all that good although I felt sorry for the young lady who was struggling being on her own all night as it was peak season the pool was tiny for the amount of ppl on site the list goes on the chalet was tiny anyway won’t be using holiday letting again might as well do it my self

Excellent value for money (even in high season)... Very clean, comfortable and reasonably quite (a few families on site)... TV has an aerial issue, (probably the seagulls on it), not helpful on rainy days if you've got children as they missed their TV..... Would definitely rate and consider for the future. Thank you.
