Description

The villa is privately owned, recently renovated and very well maintained. It has terracotta tiled floors and large patio doors to all living rooms, and the cooling Caribbean trade winds blow throughout, so although there is air conditioning to all rooms, there is rarely a need to use it.

The villa has two en suite bedrooms, decorated to a very high standard, each with a terrace and a spacious first floor living area.

The villa nestles is the a village within the St. James Club Hotel. Allowing you to have total privacy and relaxation.

The all inclusive can be accessed through the hotel and the rate for this is 135 us dollar per day per person and the under twelves are 75 US dollars per day per person. This can be booked in three days slots or for the full consecutive days that you require. This must be done at arrival and the hotel will ask you to sign for this.

You may also just go onto a self catering basis only and pay as you go, any items will be charged to your room/villa.

The Royal Suite/pool is only available to Royal suite guests.

You can book trips through the hotel and also hire a taxi from there or indeed hire a car.

Interaction with guest

When you arrive at James's Club you check in at the reception and they will provide you with the keys. They will also ask you to complete any paperwork relating the all inclusive service and your personal details. There is a new Covid 19 policy and this has to be followed by all guests. The hotel will make a charge of 24US dollars per night to cover their Covid 19 procedures etc and this is collected from you at the time of arrival, together with a 5us tourist level fee which is paid daily to the hotel (both of these fees are totally out of our hands). We and the hotel are Covid 19 certified and our villa is fitted with a hand sanitiser machine as per the certification.

“Beautiful Villa”

Family of 5 spent 7 lovely nights at Coco Palms. Beautiful and well appointed Villa within a well kept resort. Plan on renting a car to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Antigua.

“Perfect holiday villa for relaxation and beautiful surroundings”

We have stayed at St James twice before on All Inclusive but decided this time to self cater when we found this villa on the holiday lettings web site. the villa is ideal for self catering, is very well maintained, equipped and comfortable. The upper terrace is ideal for eating al fresco with plenty of space and great views of the children pool and sea. The owners of the villa Lesley and Angus, were extremely helpful and informative. The villa is situated on the highest level above the beach where you can enjoy the best of the sea breeze, but is only a couple of minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and beautiful warm water. There is plenty going on at the St James club where you may use all the facilities free of charge. You can buy all incl packages if you wish at approx $125 a day! Eating out at English Harbour and Falmouth is a great alternative to self catering or the odd treat with plenty of choice. Taxis and car hire is available at the club at very reasonable prices (buy the extra insurance on line at home much cheaper) We hired a car for a couple of days a week to stock up with food, eat out occasionally and to and from the airport. We hope to return again in the future and have no problem in recommending Coco Palms as your holiday villa, you will love it!

How do damage deposits work?
