Description
Resort-like residential property with a cozy water-front guesthouse. Amazing views of Boca Ciega Bay (St. Petersburg, Florida). A 770 square foot cabin, recently remodeled, with an open floor plan and kitchenette. Ideal location for a romantic getaway, or a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The property has a 36-ft. pristine swimming pool with an 8-ft deep end. The large patio surrounding the pool allows for private sunbathing and secluded lounging. The swimming pool, sunbathing deck, BBQ grille, and fishing dock are shared with home owner and one additional guest. It's perfect for a sociable couple who will enjoy privacy and mild interaction with other easy-going people.
The grounds also include a gas BBQ grill for waterfront picnic breaks and al fresco sunset dinners. Since the cottage is located on a waterfront property you can fish from the oversized dock. Also enjoy kayaking and nature watching.
NOTE: Owner has severe emotional reactions in the presence of domestic animals, therefore no service animals, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind will be allowed.

“Great communication and easy cancellation”

“Hospitality at its finest”
Through a garden and into a clean, welcoming unit on the gulf intercostal. Kayak, sit, fish, relax! Danny and Yelana are wonderful hosts. Close to shops, restaurants and the beaches.
