Description

Welcome.

We have created a child-friendly gîte complex (4 gîtes) and chambre d'hôte with facilities for our less able guests

• Classified as 3 star Meublé de Tourisme

• Comfortably accommodate 21 guests

• In our Grande Salle we can hold family or business functions for up to 50

• Fully insulated with electric radiators in every room

• Free wifi in gîte, garden and poolside

• Papillon école de langue is on site with a large classroom, wifi and a large interactive screen so you can brush up your French or English

Chèvrefeuille is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gîte. Comfortably sleeps 8 people

It has some low ceiling heights with exposed beams. Terrace and parking to the rear of the gîte has a patio table & chairs, relaxer chairs and BBQ.

Safety features: induction hobs, plug socket covers, child lock on the under-sink cupboard in kitchen, non-slip shower tray, sensor LED night-light on landing, baby changing facility at swimming pool. We can also provide, on request (when booking & free of charge): stairgate, baby cot (linen excluded), high chair, nightlight for the children’s bedrooms, baby bath, potty, bowls & cutlery.

The ground floor is mainly open plan:

• Large fully fitted kitchen

• Lounge area, two comfortable sofas, an armchair, two bean bags

• Large dining table and chairs

• TV, satellite and DVD player

Bedroom 3 (9m2) on ground floor:

• Has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers

• Overlooks the private terrace and has a roller shutter blind

An open tread staircase leads to the first floor:

Bedroom 1 (22m2):

• En suite bathroom has shower, wash basin & vanity unit, WC

• King size bed, bedside tables, 3 chests of drawers, large wardrobe (hanging & shelves), full height mirror

• Sitting area to front of the room with 2 wicker chairs and small table

• Exposed beams

Bedroom 2 (19m2):

• 4 single beds or King with foam topper, 2 singles, bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers. Due to the sloping ceiling the wardrobe is on the adjacent landing

Our beds have foam mattresses, anti allergy duvets and pillows.

Family bathroom:

• Shower, wash basin with large mirror, vanity unit & WC.

Elsewhere:

• Communal laundry with 2 washing machines, iron and ironing boards

• Library, books & DVDs for all ages (both English and French), selection of games. Tourist leaflets & maps

• Salle de Jeux (42m2) has a table tennis table and table football & other indoor & outdoor games for all ages

• 50m2 enclosed, covered & secure toddlers play area with swing, slide, playhouse, sand pit etc.

Swimming pool:

• Heated salt water swimming pool (11mx5m) wrapped around by large terrace

• Fully fenced with security gate and rigid cover

• Large pavilion (7mx4m) to one side giving shade from the sun

• Toilet and baby changing area

• Selection of sun loungers & chairs

• WC & shower.

• Large swing & slide combination

Please respect what we have created and respect the comforts of our other guests at all times so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, hassle free holiday.
We would also ask you to respect the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition, as you would expect to find it when you arrive. If it is not then we will deduct 100€ from the damages deposit to enable us to arrange a cleaner at short notice.

How do damage deposits work?
