Cette maison spacieuse est idéale pour les séjours en famille et entre amis.La piscine privative de dimension 10 x 5m, est chauffée. Elle est dotée d'un abri de piscine haut pour plus de confort.Le jardin mesure plus de 5000m².Les équipements extérieurs : terrasse, parking couvert, barbecue, jeux d'extérieurs (ballons de football, de rugby, et espace pétanque).Les équipements intérieurs : Wifi, cuisine toute équipée, machine à laver, télévision, lecteur DVD blu-ray (playstation 3) et la console Wii, sèche-cheveux...Les couchages et salles d'eau :- 4 chambres avec 2 lits en 160, 2 en 140 ainsi qu'un lit bébé.- une salle de détente de 50m² avec 2 canapés convertibles, 1 lit banquette simple et sa table de ping pong- deux salles d'eau, une par étage : douche à l'italienne au rez de chaussée et baignoire à l'étage + double vasqueLa location s'effectue de Mai à Septembre à la semaine uniquement, du samedi au samedi. En mai, juin et septembre,la semaine est à 800€ pour la location d'une quinzaine. Draps et serviettes peuvent être fournis en supplément.Notre gîte se situe au sud de la Dordogne et aux portes du Lot et Garonne. Les activités et idées de balades ne manquent pas dans ce coin du Périgord Pourpre : villages pittoresques, dont plusieurs des plus beaux villages de France à moins de 30 mn, châteaux, sites troglodytiques sans oublier l'incontournable vallée de la Dordogne et son panorama grandiose...
