Description

Rent at the week and weekend (off season), beautiful villa on the heights of Saint Gély du Fesc, for 8 persons. Saint Gély du Fesc is a small village located 8 km north of Montpellier, between the Pic Saint Loup and Mediterranean (1/2 hours from the beach and 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault). The villa is very calm, she st located at a dead end. It has a nice pool of 8x4m and is protected by a fall detector compliant with current standards. All along the pool, a large sun terrace (12x3m) allows thanks to its 4 sunbathing and two chairs to enjoy the sun. A large terrace, making outdoor dining office, helps to sustain taking full advantage of the wonderful views that can be admired on the valley and on the hill of St Gély, in the foreground, the pool. Add to that the silence punctuated by the chirping of cicadas, there you are. A lawn and flower garden surrounds the villa and provides that essential touch of greenery to rest and wellbeing. Another terrace, equipped with a small teak lounge, covered that one, allows you to relax in the shade when the heat begins to be felt through the breeze running through it from both sides . All rooms are air conditioned. The internal distribution consists of the ground floor: - Living room, equipped with a TV 48 '- dining room - kitchen, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the interior dining room, equipped with a machine dishwasher , a 4-burner gas city, a traditional oven, a microwave, a large fridge with two large drawers freezer, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils and as crockery. - 1 master bedroom, air conditioned, equipped with a large bed 160X200, with bay window opening to the garden and pool. The view from the bed was very nice. - 1 different room, air conditioned, with a bed of 140x200. - 1 guest room, air conditioned, with a bed of 150x200. - 1 bathroom with bath, featuring a window which door leads directly to the garden and pool. Upstairs are: - A mezzanine library organized office. - A large room, air conditioned, with a large bed of 160x200, with its own bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). It has two windows, one to the west and the other south. A large TV 50 'is facing the bed This room, which can be likened to a small suite, offers comfort and independence (if one wishes to withdraw quietly, for example). The whole house is equipped with Freebox internet with wifi. The view is beautiful and breathtaking.

Tenants have only the villa. The owners are contactable at all times and resident dan a radius of 10 km. They are very discreet. They work once a week, usually on Thursday morning to 11h / 12h, mowing the lawn, tend the garden and pool, and possibly solve small problems. This intervention, very discreet, lasts an hour and a half to two hours maximum. The presence of the tenant is not required, because the owner is left in the garden, and tenants may well remain and continue to enjoy the pool normally, without changing their habits.

Celebrations and parties are not allowed. The area is very quiet and is asked to tenants to respect this quiet for the neighborhood. Smoking is allowed, but only outside the house, in the garden, provided to use ashtrays. It is forbidden to move furniture from the inside to the garden.
