This modern detached house with its huge private garden, large lawned area, and completely secured pool is an ideal place for a family holiday. A short drive will take you to the Dordogne river and all the must see sights of this part of the Perigord Noir.

Interior Description

The house is superbly equipped with WiFi connection, and furnished to a high standard throughout. The spacious living accomodation covers more than 100m².

The front door opens onto the entrance hall and all the living accomodation is situated on the ground floor.

- A huge open plan living room offers a comfortable sitting area with large corner sofa, working fireplace, flat screen TV, a solid wooden dining table and two french windows open on to the covered terrace and garden beyond.

- A fully equipped kitchen is separated by a bar, and has all modern conveniences (oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster)

The corridor leads to the bedrooms:

- A master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space

- A second double bedroom with bedside table, wardrobe and lamp

- A third double bedroom, also with bedside table, lamp and storage space. There is also a comfortable sofa bed offering another double bed.

- A bathroom with bath, separate shower, and washbasin

- A separate toilet

- A washing machine in the built in garage

The house benefits from an efficient under floor heating and double glazed windows throughout, so is extremely comfortable for winter lets.

Exterior Description

The huge garden of more than 2700m² comprises large lawned areas, ideal for ball games, and the play house will please even the smallest visitor! Imagine an al fresco lunch cooked either on the stone built barbeque or on the gas fired plancha under the large covered terrace.

The pool, measuring 10 x 5m, with a depth of 1.6m, is secured by a telescopic cover, making it totally safe for children. You can bathe with the cover closed on rainy days, but it can be completely and easily slid back, to make the most of the sunshine on hot summer days. Although the pool is not heated, the cover increases the water temperature by several degrees allowing bathing from May to October.
