YOUR PEACEFUL, SECLUDED AND VERY LARGE VILLA SITS WITHIN A PRIVATE COMMUNITY, AT THE TOP OF A HILL WITH COMMANDING VIEWS OF THE NEARBY PIC ST LOUP AND UNSPOILT COUNTRYSIDE HORIZON. THE PROPERTY BENEFITS FROM 6 BEDROOMS, ITS OWN PRIVATE PARK AND A LARGE HEATED SWIMMING POOL. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN ENTIRELY RENOVATED IN 2015.

First built as a collection of holiday homes, Mas de Bouis retains its reputation amongst locals as a privileged residential location. Dense surrounding trees give the impression of living within a forest, whilst the 300m height ensure unforgettable views of the surrounding vistas.

The property is a large, gated modern 6 bedroom villa with over 240 m2 of habitable space, set over one floor. This layout proves ideal for families sharing, since the central salon and kitchen areas lead out to separate wings where the bedrooms are located. This creates independence whilst holidaying together.

The double height ceilings ensure that the property remains cool despite the high outside temperatures and almost guaranteed summer sun.

The large 11x5 metre heated pool is a rectangular configuration with roman steps. It has a shallow end which is ideal for small children. A electronic pool cover ensures the pool is safe when not in use. The latest generation pool heat pump keeps the water temperature warm, even first thing in the morning or after an occasional cloudy day. The pool has underwater lighting so that the party can continue well into the night! The pool has a tiled surround and ample deck chairs for sun worshippers. Near the main pool entrance, there is a large iron framed, covered canopy area, with enough space to sit poolside and read, chat or snooze. An outdoor solar powered shower completes a wonderful holiday space.

The property boasts its own private park, occupying 3,400 m2 and allowing for a gentle stroll after lunch, with several rest points along the way. Tree lights can be switched on at night to create a magical environment under a star filled sky.

To the front of the property, there are tree covered areas boasting wonderful children's activities such as a wooden activity centre, swings, slides, wooden tree house and a large trampoline.

Within a few metres of the property, you are immersed in the Cevennes' Garrigue, with its powerful scents of thyme, lavender, sage and rosemary. Here you might only ever cross the occasional goat herdsman or farmer and because of this Villa's privileged high position, you'll have arresting panoramas and views for tens of kilometres.

The 11th Century village of Saint Martin de Londres is within a short car ride (5 min) and offers a variety of local produce from its small supermarket, restaurants, bars, clothing and gift shops. There is an award winning Boulangerie with a mouth-watering daily collection of patisseries. However, don't be surprised that once you are installed in the Mas de Bouis you find it hard to leave.

Due to the rural location of the villa, a car is recommended. The nearest village of Saint Martin de Londres is about 3 KM away and walkable in about 30 minutes. The nearest city of Montpellier is about 20 KM or 20 minutes drive
