Agréable studio indépendant de 70 m2 avec :* Cuisine équipée (plaque de cuisson, frigo, micro-onde, four, cafetière, vaisselle...)* Salon avec canapé , lit d'appoint pour 1 enfant. connexion internet WIFI illimitée* Coin nuit avec lit en 160 (draps fournis) étagères et portants cintres.* Salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne (serviettes de toilette fournis), vasque.* Toilette séparé.* Terrasse privativestationnement privé devant le logement.Pour vos vacances et pour les amoureux de la nature et des chevaux, ce logement, dépendance récemment rénovée à côté de notre maison familiale, se situe dans un environnement calme à la campagne à 2 km seulement de toutes commodités, médecin, pharmacie supermarché, poste etc....à 1h d'Arcachon et du Cap Ferret et 1h30 de Royan. Profitez de notre belle région viticole, Fronsac, Pomerol, à 10mn de Libourne et de Saint-Emilion, ville classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et nous sommes à 30 mn de Bordeaux.A proximité, profitez du lac des Dagueys avec sa plage (la baignade est surveillée en été et l'accès gratuit).La base de loisirs et son parcours de santé, la ferme des animaux, jeux, terrains de sports, tables de ping-pong... et son restaurant.
