Situata in una zona verde e tranquilla, a 6 km dal Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi, questa casa offre anche parcheggio privato, e dispone di altri due appartamenti indipendenti. Gli arredi in stile rurale sono di recentissima realizzazione.L'alloggio realizzato nel 2015 è al piano primo della casa che si trova all'interno di una vecchia corte al centro di Meano. I pavimenti sono in legno, le cucine in muratura, il bagno con doccia multifunzione. Dispone di due camere indipendenti.

Se desiderate posso accompagnarvi alla vicina stazione di Santa Giustina e sono disponibile ad illustrarvi parecchi itinerari della zona.
Per chi vuole posso chiedere di aprire la chiesa di San Bartolomeo per farvi vedere la tela del Marescalchi.
S. Giustina, sembrerà strano, ma era una nota meta turistica negli anni 50, apprezzata per la sua fresca e affascinante area collinare e montana e per la sua posizione strategica a metà tra le mete montane molto importanti (Cortina e il Cadore in generale) e Venezia con il suo mare e la sua laguna.
A S. Giustina è possibile trovare ambienti e luoghi di interesse culturale e paesaggistico molto vari e diversificati. Il comune presenta difatti
1.una zona montana -pedemontana e collinare pregiata, parte del Parco delle Dolomiti
2.una area di valle segnata dal tracciato della statale che collega i centri di Feltre e Belluno su cui sorgono tutte le varie frazioni di antica origine, le chiesette, i caselli, i mulini etc,
3.e una zona fluviale dove passa il Piave con il suo greto sempre diverso e una vegetazione e un paesaggio mozzafiato, con sentieri da percorrere in biciletta o a piedi
4.un borgo barocco stupendo che ha conservato la sua forma originale che è Meano.
Se dovessi organizzare un itinerario partirei proprio dalla visita di Meano, un paese o borgo che ha mantenuto la sua parrocchia e ha una particolare forma urbana : si sviluppa infatti attorno a una sinuosa strada principale interna con delle bellissime corti . Dalla strada noi vediamo solo dei portoni con archi ma all'interno di questi ci sono dei cortili dove si affacciano tutte le abitazioni del ‘'cortivo''. Ce ne sono di bellissimi con i loro “pioi" ancora originali. Alla fine della strada si staglia una piccola ma monumentale chiesetta : è la chiesa di S.Bartolomeo, annessa all'interessante villa Vieceli del seicento , e a una fontana pittoresca. Nella chiesetta c'è una bella pala d'altare di un certo Piero Marescalchi.
Da qui si prosegue per l'antico centro di Callibago e si sale verso il bellissimo centro abitato di Colvago, con la chiesetta di S. Martino e la magnifica villa dei Bonsembiante, tutti inseriti in un paesaggio bellissimo e con tanti edifici rurali ben conservati.
Si scende per il suggestivo viale alberato (con alberi secolari) che costeggia la villa per arrivare nei pressi di S.Giustina centro e più precisamente ad Ignan.
Visita alla chiesetta frazionale e, doveroso, alla grandiosa chiesa di S.Giustina.
Dal centro, passando per Sartena, salirei al Centro del Col Cumano, e proseguirei per Cergnai, altro borgo rurale in quota alle pendici del Pizzocco, la montagna di riferimento per S. Giustina con i suoi 2187 m. Qui siamo nel Parco delle Dolomiti : Se ben attrezzati ed allenati sarebbe interessante compiere qualche escursione verso la chiesetta di S. Mauro, bivacco Palmar, Val scura o la mitica cima Pizzocco. Altra interessante meta è il centro didattico di Altanon. Da lì ritorniamo al centro di Santa Giustina e ci dirigiamo verso Formegan dove visitiamo la chiesetta di Santa Margherita, la chiesetta di Formegan e la grandiosa villa Biesuz. Proseguiamo con le biciclette lungo la ciclabile che ci porta alla frazione di Campo, da dove è possibile accedere per via sterrata alle grave del Piave luoghi di paesaggi naturalistico e faunistico di pregio: splendida vista anche sui borghi della Sinistra Piave e delle montagne Feltrine e Bellunesi.
Ritornando sulla strada ciclabile proseguiamo verso Salzan dove è possibile visitare il Mulino e le chiesette di Santa Libera e San Lorenzo e proseguendo per vie sterrate tra la campagna giungiamo alla località Gravazze e quindi terminiamo l'anello del nostro percorso ritornando a Meano.
Ci sono degli autobus che collegano la cittadina con i principali paesi delle vicinanze. La stazione ferroviaria più vicina è Santa Giustina (3 Km)
Vi posso portare ai piedi delle montagne per fare un'escursione in montagna o nel Parco delle Dolomiti. Vi posso fornire dei libri e depliants delle montagne del Parco
