L'abitazione è situata in un piccolo borgo sul limitare dei vigneti della Valpolicella e gli splendidi panorami della Lessinia. E' il risultato di una ristrutturazione attenta al mantenimento ed alla valorizzazione dei materiali e degli spazi originari, risalenti al 1872.
