Appartamento situato al piano terra con ingresso indipendente. Soggiorno con caminetto, cucinino, camera matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello, bagno e disimpegno. Terrazzo indipendente, posto auto coperto con apertura centralizzata.

L'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice, stendino, sedute da esterno per il terrazzo, biancheria, stoviglie, minibar, frigorifero e tv a schermo piatto.

E' possibile utilizzare le aree comuni come il bel giardino soleggiato sul retro per momenti di relax

Situato nel centro del paese immerso nella tranquillità, ottimo punto di partenza per innumerevoli escursioni in montagna.

A piedi si ha accesso alla farmacia, supermercato, negozi, gelaterie, ristoranti e centri estetici.

Su richiesta possiamo fornire biciclette, e asciugacapelli a seconda della disponibilità.

Siamo disponibili al deposito dei bagagli in fase di check out, in base alle esigenze.

How do damage deposits work?
