Description
Feel at home and stay in Sanur Bali in our large Air conditioned (AC) luxury bedroom with a King double Bed, Super fast fibre optic internet 10mbps WIFI and LAN, all marble floor, and en suite all marble Bathroom, with an inside shower and outside shower. Both hot water. Our room is very private, situated in a separate wing in the East side of our house. It is antique style furnished and the inside door to our main house is locked. Our guests use the French doors to enter and exit directly to our large tropical garden, or pool. Baby cot and baby stroller available as pictured. Facilities: 1 large double bed for 2, sheets, towels, pillows, soap. We often have guests with kids, or a 3rd adult and we add a very comfortable spring mattress on the floor between the King bed and the windows. Ideal for a couple, 3 adults, or 1 or 2 smaller kids. We provide tea and coffee, kettle, free drinking water from dispenser, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, toaster and blender. There is a seating area with table and 4 chairs outside the French doors, on our patio facing the garden.Our guests enjoy using our pool (shared with Villa) and our large garden.
TV: Our internet supports streaming, by WIFI or Ethernet, so please do bring any devices needed such as Chromecast, Android Media box, firestick, Phone casting device etc (along with any cables needed) and they may be plugged into our TV to may watch personal stream(s).
A charcoal fired BBQ is also available for guests to use. Beautiful tropical Garden, in a peaceful and very safe Location, just a few doors from the local Supermarket, Circle K 24/7 convenience Store, ATMs, local Restaurants and other shops. We are just 3 mins walk to Bali International School, 5 minutes walk to McDonalds and 800m to Sanur Beach, (25 mins by taxi to Airport), in a very safe and secure Location in Sanur. Public transport (Bemo) green minibuses (with yellow plates) run on our street to all Sanur Beach and the strip/downtown Sanur, for less than one dollar

“Quiet, comfortable and close to everything we needed. Home away from home!”
Just spent a wonderful 2 months at Andy’s in the villa room. We had originally booked only 5 days, but we liked everything about the room and so we stayed for 2 months! We had lots of space in the bedroom, bathroom, a huge closet, and a fantastic outdoor shower. The room included all the items we needed to enjoy breakfast or lunch on the front terrace. Including good drinking water, a water kettle and extra kitchen items like a knife & cutting board. We spent a lot of time enjoying the garden view from the terrace. Beautiful! It was very nice and private. The pool was perfect to cool off in and relax by with a book. We loved the location as well on Jl. Danau Buyan. We had easy access to all kinds of local warungs, (our favorite was Mbuk Tutik) shops, a grocery store & a great bakery. Andy's place is easy walking distance to the beach, and the main tourist street Jl. Danau Tamblingan. There we had so many choices for pubs, restautants, warungs, shopping & the night market. If you don't want to walk, you can easily catch a Bemo (local green bus) and for cheap, it will take you anywhere along the main tourist street. Andy and his family were all very friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, we only had to ask. We can Highly Recommend Andys place! “Great position, off the tourist track and secluded”
Great value, comfortable with its own outside sitting area, this was a good find. Though there was a a microwave, fridge and kettle, there wasn't much preparation area. Having made that comment, there were unbelievably cheap and good local shops and restaurants, so self catering wasn't necessary. Being situated in a largely untouristy area was a real benefit if you like the challenge of making yourself understood - we found it fun! There were interesting shops around, yet the property was set back through a private entry through gardens, so was secluded and quiet. The beach is about a ten minute walk and of course has the usual souvenir and local goods shops. There is a selection of transport, Bluebird taxis are the metered ones that we favour and we made sure that we had the number with us. Be careful of others. Overall, if you want a decent bed, simple and quiet surroundings this is excellent value. It has air conditioning which cools the room to a degree, but could be better. The English owner is happy to help but is not intrusive, and lives on the property..
