Located in a quiet laneway within a short walk to Hardy's supermarket, Sanur Beach, restaurants and cafe's. Villa Sapa Gardenia provides the highest standard to our guests and wish you the best vacation with memories for you to share and cherish.

Getting around

Getting around is easy due to the location, everything that Sanur has to offer is a short walk. Sanur also has plenty of taxi's and Bemo's if you prefer at lift. Alternately you can ask our staff about scooter hire or pushbikes

Interaction with guest

Our staff will meet & greet you on arrival to the Villa (at a pre-arranged time) and show you around. No staff on site but are contactable 24 hours a day if required. Privacy assured. Check in time is 2 pm onwards, check out time is 10 am. If you require any change to these times, this must be pre-arranged before arrival. Airport transport/day tours can be arranged for you. Breakfast optional extra Baby car seat available for hire No check in/out Christmas Day or Nyepi Day.

Villa Gardenia is located in a quiet area. Keep noise levels low. No parties.Turn all AC off when doors open & rooms are unoccupied.No smoke or smoking inside. Villa to be left in the same condition as hired. Any spills/damages/breakages will be at guest cost.Check in 2pm, check out 10am, if guest wishes to check in or out outside of these hrs must be pre-arranged with owner. No unbooked guests permitted to stay. No removing property from the premises. Personal belongings are your responsibility

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bali Sapa (the owner) a message.

If Bali Sapa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
