Nestled along the fairways of the eighth and ninth holes of Troon North’s Monument Course, the Golf Casitas at Troon North offer luxurious resort-style townhome accommodations within view of nearby Pinnacle Peak, the golf course and the city lights below.

World class dining, golf, shopping, and entertainment - come and enjoy all that Troon North and Scottsdale have to offer. The Golf Casitas at Troon North allow you to vacation in luxury while enjoying the natural beauty of your surroundings.

Enjoy your morning coffee, grill your evening dinner, read your favorite book or just watch the beautiful Arizona sunrise on the private patio of your casita. We welcome you to our Golf Casita at Troon North.

Our townhome is 1600 square feet, one-story, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The unit is a free-standing unit, with no connecting walls to any other unit. There is an attached 2-car garage. The townhome is fully furnished.

Had a great time at this home. Close to all the golf courses I wanted to play. Convenient to a number of nice restaurants. Anna was very helpful and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit.

How do damage deposits work?
